You just buy the canned no salt added tomato sauce. They usually come in 8 oz cans near the rest of the tomato products! Love that Robin posted this recipe!! Thanks for that as I LOVE the 6WBMO and it's been awesome! Meatloaf is great for a comfort food fix! - 2/24/11

I made this recipe yesterday. The texture of the meatloaf turned out really great! However, I thought it was very bland. - 10/12/13

My husband and kids (ages 5 and 6) all had second helpings of the meat loaf. My daughter rarely eats the protien portion of the meal, so for her to eat two helpings was wonderful!! - 7/21/09

This meatloaf is delicious!!! The whole family loves it including my 11 and 5 year olds. I have had the 6 week makeover kit for a few years now and have gone on and off the diet. I recently realized that I had lost the card to this recipe. Thanks for posting it, Robin! - 5/6/09

I had a really hard time to find Sodium Free tomato sauce, so I ended up making my own! Any suggestion for the future? It was really good though, thanks! - 5/14/08

I agree with SHAYLA3's comment. Never tried rice before and that was good. I tried this later in my version of a meatloaf sandwich with tortilla - then it was better and I didn't notice the blandness. I also liked trying the lower fat ground turkey. - 9/30/16

The calories are off on this recipe. As posted it calls for 2lbs of ground turkey. The calories only count 24oz. (should be 32) - 1/20/15

does the rice replace the bread crumbs? and is it brown or white rice? - 3/7/13

I used Planko bread crumbs in place of rice. Not even sure why, but I wanted to try it. Anyhow, wow, loved it!!! Thank you so much!! - 3/14/12

Thanks for this idea. Didnt follow this recipe though. Just made it how I usually make my meatloaf with turkey instead. Much less in calories. Was so sad when the leftovers finished.. - 11/6/11
