Mary's Italian Turkey meatballs

Ingredients
1 large egg1 pound ground low fat turkey4 tablespoons dried parsley1/2 cup Italian style dry bread crumbs1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup nonfat milkblack pepper and salt
Directions
Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Add milk and egg. Mix together with a fork. Add ground turkey. Mix together with your hands. Prepare a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the meat mixture into 12 portions. Roll meat into balls with your hands. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce and pasta.
