Ingredients
2 Packets McCormick Tex Mex Chill Seasoning Packet1lb 99% fat free Ground Turkey1lb 94% Ground Turkey1 Small Can Goya Small Red Beans1 Small Can Goya Small White Beans2 Cans 28oz Crushed Tomatoes 3 Tablespoon diced Green Pepper 1/2 cup diced onions 1//2 cup chopped scallions 3 large tomatoes dicedSave yourself some time and buy the onions and peppers chopped already. Use Kitchen scissors to snip the scallions Condiments - Tomatoes, Scallions, Lite Sour Cream, Mexican Style Cheese (grated) Avocado
Directions
Makes 12 half cup servings
Brown Extra Lean Turkey 99% and 94% Lean Turkey while turkey is browning pour both cans of crushed tomatoes, rinsed beans and packets of Chili Mix in to a large pot and turn pot on medium. Once ground turkey is brown add to the pot. Last saute green peppers and onion in the same pan green peppers should be limp and onions translucent. Add to the pot. Reduce heat and don't forget to stir. If you can make it a day ahead the flavors will meld better.
