Chili Beans and Rice

Ingredients
1 cup dry rice (3 cups cooked)1 can chili beans2 oz mozzarella cheese2 tbsp light sour creamsalt to taste
Directions
After rice is cooked. Season with salt and add cheese, sour cream and a can of chili beans. Then simmer about 5 minutes. It is really good!
