Garlic Chicken White Pizza Bake

1 2/3 cup Heart Smart Bisquick Baking Mix1/2 cup skim milk1 cup Ragu Light Alfredo sauce1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarellaItalian seasoning to taste (optional)
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Stir Bisquick and milk together until a soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls over bottom of baking dish (dough WILL NOT cover entire bottom).
3. Drizzle 1/2 cup alfredo sauce over dough. Scatter half of the chicken over sauce, then sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella over chicken.
4. Repeat with more dough and remaining sauce, chicken and cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top to taste, if desired.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
