Ingredients
1 pkg Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix1 tbsp cornstarch3 tbsp water3 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (softened)1/3 cup canned pumpkin2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F degrees (or 350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet).

Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl until cornstarch has dissolved completely. Stir softened butter and cornstarch mix with in medium bowl. Stir in cookie mix until soft dough forms.

Stir in canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until completed mixed.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. (For 2 dozen larger cookies, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls.)

Bake 8-10 min for regular size cookies or 11-13 for larger cookies or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.

Makes 36 small cookies or 24 larger cookies. One regular serving equals 2 small cookies. However, I prefer to make larger cookies and have 2 of those, so please note that the nutritional info is for 12 servings (2 larger cookies).
