Sauteed scallops

Ingredients
2 T Olive Oil1 T garlic powder1/2 t salt8 large scallops
Directions
Add olive oil, garlic powder and salt to frying pan over medium heat. Saute scallops in pan until done.
(I start with partially frozen scallops and that helps add more moisture to the pan)

    Followed recipe then removed scallops added 1/4cup of white wine to scrapings and sauteed scallops for 5mins. - 6/18/19

    Simple, quick, few ingredients ... BUT.... delicious!! Just the way I love my recipes and my food. Only change I made was using fresh chopped garlic instead of the garlic powder. - 4/6/14
