Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped *Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 8 ozTomato Sauce, 8 oz *Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 2.0 cup *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 0.5 cup La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 3 serving *Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar, 0.75 cup *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 3 tsp
Directions
Cook veggies in PAM. Add turkey until brown. Stir in beans, chilies and taco mix. Boil and simmer until thickened. Spray 9x13 dish with PAM. Add 1/3 turkey mixture, then some tortilla (in strips). add 1/3 cheese. Add 2 more layers ending w/ cheese. Bake covered in 350 oven for 30 minutes, then 10 minutes uncovered
