Hamburger rice hotdish

Ingredients
1 lb hamburger1 cup chopped onion2 tbsp olive oil1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream corn1 cup brown rice1 cup vegetable broth
Directions
Heat oil in pan; add onions, cooking until translucent. Add ground beef to onions, browning until no pink remains. Mix in soup, corn, rice, and broth. Cook, covered, until rice is done and sauce thickens slightly. (6-8 minutes if using fast cooking brown rice.)

Serves about 7.
