Simple Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shake

Ingredients
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, unsweetened1/2 cup 1% milk (add more for a thinner shake)Splenda to taste (5-6 packets)1/4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
I use a Magic Bullet, Indiviual Blender, but any small blender will work:

Put strawberries in first, add cocoa powder and Splenda, then add milk.

Blend to desired thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes.

    I will add more cocoa next time as well, I can smell it more than taste it. I also had to omit the Splenda as it gives me headaches. I used sugar(3 tsp, could have used less) and just accounted for it in my daily nutrition. Still really yummy! Thanks for this recipe :o) - 1/21/11
