Ingredients
You bake a German Chocolate cake in 9x9 baking pan and then poke holes through the cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Then pour a can of sweetened condensed milk over the cake. Then pour 1 jar of butterscotch syrup over the cake. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Health Bar baking crumbles.
