Tijuana Shrimp

Ingredients
2 Lbs of Shrimp3 oz of Tequila2 TBL Brown Sugar1/4 Lime Juice1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper1 TBL Olive Oil
Directions
1. In a small bowl mix brown sugar, tequila, lime juice and red pepper flakes until sugar is dissolved.
2. Place fry pan over medium heat and when it has reached temp add oil and rotat pan to get oil evenly distrubited. Add shrimp and sauce at same time.
3. Cook until bright pink. Place shrimp on serving platter and pour sauce over it.
