Creamy Crockpot Pork & Potatoes

3 - pork chops, bone-in3 - red potatoes, sliced (600grams)1 - can 98% fat free Campbells Cream of mushroom soup1 - TBSP dried onion flakesgarlic salt (to taste)pepper (to taste)2 - tsp Mrs. Dash "Table blend" seasoning2 - sprays non-stick cooking spray
In a crockpot, lightly spray the bottom of pot with non-stick spray.
Place sliced potatoes in bottom of crock pot.
Top potatoes with Mrs.Dash seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, dried onion flakes.
Place pork chops on top of the seasoned potato slices.
Pour cream of mushroom soup over the pork chops.
Cook for 6-8 hours.
Makes 3 servings.
