coconut rice

Ingredients
2 cups white long grain rice2 cups coconut milk2 cups water
Directions
Coconut rice is absolutely my favorite side dish.

Take 2 cups of rice,clean it until the water is clear.
Measure 1 cup of tinned coconut milk and 3 cups of water into a saucepan and add the cleaned rice as well and bring it to boil.
Once most of the water is evaporated,cover the saucepan and turn off the stove and let the rice cook in the steam.
It is ready when the rice is nice and fluffy!

Serve with beef stew,chicken stew or any type of stew or sauce,Enjoy!
