80-Calorie Pumpkin Biscuits

Ingredients
2.5 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick mix2 tablespoons low fat buttermilk3/4 cup canned pumpkin2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp ground ginger2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except buttermilk. Add buttermilk at a half tablespoon at a time until dough holds together but isn't too wet.

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 1 to 2 minutes.

Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 425 until golden brown.

Yields approximately 16 biscuits.
