Amazing. I tried this morning for breakfast. 100% success, I would like to say everyone that I used whole wheat pastry flour, and knead the dough for 7 minutes and kept for 30 minutes in oven which I preheated at 200 F and switched off, n made the dough to raise . That's it..Soft and crispy.thank - 4/16/17

could use more detailed directions --- prior understanding that pizza dough should be like bread dough helped. The dough needed to be kneaded with more flour before letting it rise..... tried pressing it on our pizza stone and it baked stuck on it, but tasted good. will try again - 10/9/16

This recipe appealed to me and I just made it and have it ready to go except I need to run to the store for some toppings and cheese!.... Can't wait but it sure looks good and beats buying the store-bought stuff!... Thank you for providing this recipe..... I put this recipe in my file box. - 9/18/16

I thought this was very good. Easy to work with. I did add chunks of garlic to my dough and used grapeseed oil in place of olive oil. And I used a little under 1 tbsp. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and was able to work with it without any additional flour. Will definitely use it again. - 3/18/13
