This is my standard pizza dough recipe ever since I found it. It is wonderful. It doesn't have the dry texture I have experienced with nearly all the other whole wheat recipes I have tried. - 2/12/08

Didn't turn out the way I had hoped. It broke up too easily and the end result was more spongy than what I hoped for. I followed directions exactly as written here. It tastes good but not what I was looking for. - 2/13/11

This pizza crust was amazing! I used half of it for pizza and the other half I turned into 60 calorie cinnamon rolls! - 10/26/10

Amazing. I tried this morning for breakfast. 100% success, I would like to say everyone that I used whole wheat pastry flour, and knead the dough for 7 minutes and kept for 30 minutes in oven which I preheated at 200 F and switched off, n made the dough to raise . That's it..Soft and crispy.thank - 4/16/17

could use more detailed directions --- prior understanding that pizza dough should be like bread dough helped. The dough needed to be kneaded with more flour before letting it rise..... tried pressing it on our pizza stone and it baked stuck on it, but tasted good. will try again - 10/9/16

This recipe appealed to me and I just made it and have it ready to go except I need to run to the store for some toppings and cheese!.... Can't wait but it sure looks good and beats buying the store-bought stuff!... Thank you for providing this recipe..... I put this recipe in my file box. - 9/18/16

This is a great recipe! My wife and I are vegans and I made our kids pizza last night and it looked soo good I really wanted some. We used whole wheat pastry flour and it made a nice and fluffy crust. - 1/10/14

Great - just make sure you check the calories on your flour.... the brand I used was particularly high in calories so the recipe's calorie info didn't match! But totally delicious and easy. - 8/26/13

I thought this was very good. Easy to work with. I did add chunks of garlic to my dough and used grapeseed oil in place of olive oil. And I used a little under 1 tbsp. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and was able to work with it without any additional flour. Will definitely use it again. - 3/18/13

So easy! I was suspicious about not letting the yeast bubble before adding the flour, but it looked great. It's in the oven now and we can't wait. - 10/16/12

I absolutely love it! Quick, easy and delish! Thank you so much! No more store bought dough! I used the Trader Joes whole wheat flour and added italian herbs to the dough. Works great with black olives! Thanks again! - 6/28/12
