Roasted Applesauce

Ingredients
4 apples - any kind you like the taste of (peeled, cored and chopped)1/4 cup apple cider1 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoons brown sugar1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or to your taste)1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (I use more since I seriously LOVE nutmeg)
Directions
Directions:
1. Toss everything in a bowl.
2. Bake in a preheated 400F oven until the apples are very soft, about 30-50 minutes.
3. Mash the apples.
