Ingredients:Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*cornflakes, 8 serving (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Sage, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Vital wheat gluten, 60 grams (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 6 fl oz (remove)Olive oil, 1/2 C to fry pattiesCombine soup, substitute eggs, onions, sage, mushrooms, salt. Add crushed cornflakes making mixture sticky- shape into patties. Roll into more crushed cornflakes and fry in hot oil until golden brown over medium heat.
