I read the reviews. I also had small fillets so sandwiched the pieces together. Delicious.
Update: I made it again this evening fo my brother in law. He loved it. I layered the fish in a small greased pottery dish, the filling went on top and then the last layer of fish. Gluten free bread crumbs. - 10/15/13

Easy, few ingredients, and very tasty! Will definitely make this again ... and again! I used fresh spinach and I only had small sole fillet pieces so I kind of "sandwiched" them. - 1/17/12

Reviewed as soon as I finished cooking. Was a little bland. The next day the food was amazing. I think I needed to give the spinach time to soak up the feta taste or next time I'll try cooking the spinach with the feta. So good and easy. - 9/19/11
