Crockpot Mixed Bean Soup with Chicken

Ingredients
4 Lg frozen chicken breasts-boneless/skinless1 Lg can Swanson 100% No MSG 99% FF Chicken broth1 regular can Muir Glen Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes1 pkg mixed bean soup with seasoning pack.1 cup chopped cilantro, celery, onion, and bell pepper2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Place dry beans in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover and turn off heat for 30 min to soften. Drain and rinse.

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for approximately 6 hrs or until beans are soft and chicken is done.

Remove chicken and shred. Place back into crockpot and serve. You can serve over brown rice or bulgar, too!
