Ingredients
1# ground beef - 96% lean1 package frozen vegetable blend (16 oz)1 can kidney beans, drained (16 oz)1 can beef broth (14-1/2 oz)1 garlic clove, mincedtaco spices - chili powder, cumin tsp of each or more
Directions
in dutch oven - brown hamburger and drain (can add onion) season beef with chili powder
add vegetables, beans, broth, garlic and seasonings
bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until done
