Ingredients
Canned Pink Salmon1 Large Egg15 Whole Grain Saltine CrackersDehydrated Onion FlakesDried ParsleyCanola Oil
Directions
Drain salmon well and place into a large mixing bowl. Add egg and mix with salmon by hand, paying close attention to crushing the bones. Crush crackers to a medium meal add parsley and incorporate into salmon mixture. Seperate into 1/2C servings and form into desired shapes. I divide each serving into two patties. Makes 6 patties.
