Low fat oatmeal apple raisin muffins

Ingredients
1 c. rolled oats1 c. 1% milk1 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce2 egg whites1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1 c. grated or chopped apple1/3 c. raisins
Directions
makes 12 muffins
soak oats in the milk for 1 hour
preheat oven to 400 degrees F
combine all ingredients in large bowl
spoon into lined or greased muffin tin
bake for 20 to 24 minutes
