3 cups sauerkraut -- probably need to add waterPork chops or steaks for 4 servings under the sauerkrautCook, covered, in the oven at a very low temperature. Top with Bisquick dumplings (recipe on box)Note: adding chopped apple and/or caroway seeds give extra flavor during the slow cooking.
