white bean chicken soup

Ingredients
6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup dry white northern beans1 cup celery1 can green chili peppers2 cups low sodium chicken brothwatersalt and pepper to tastedehydrated onioins (optional)
Directions
Rinse beans thoroughly. Cover in crockpot with about 3 cups of water and cook on high for a few hours. Rinse and drain. Bring broth to a boil in a stockpot. Add dehydrated onions if desired. Chop chicken and celery into small pieces. Add to broth along with remaining ingredients and cook till chicken and celery are done to your likeness, I did about 10 minutes. Add in beans till warm. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
