Easy Low Fat Mini Banana Cream Pies

Ingredients
3 Medium Bananas, thinly sliced12 Keebler Ready Crust Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts36 tbsp Fat Free Whipped Topping2 cups 1% Lowfat Milk (extremely cold)Jell-o Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream Pudding Mix (0.09 oz/25 g size box)
Directions
Mix pudding per box, using 1% milk vice fat-free milk (no one really likes that stuff anyway - it's just white water), place in refrigerator to set (about 5 -10 minutes). Once pudding is set, slice bananas very thin. Place 3-4 banana slices on the bottom of each mini crust. Spoon 1/12 of the pudding (about 3 tbsp) into each crust. Top each with more banana slices. Pipe whipped topping on top. Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Serve cold. I guess you could drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup over top when serving, or add chocolate shavings, but that's a lot more calories and I since I don't really like that, I won't calculate those additions.
