Tuna and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Light Oil, 1 canbroccoli leaves, 1 servingGarlic, 3 tspScrambled Egg, 1 large*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Drain the tuna and pour the oil in a hot pan, saute garlic and then add tuna flakes. Saute until your desired consistency. Stir soy sauce and scrambled egg. Finally, mix chopped broccoli leaves and wait for 3-5minutes until done. Serve with a cup of brown rice, white rice or whole wheat toast. Enjoy!
