Light Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients
10.5 oz = Kraft Jet Pufff Mini Marshmallows3 tbsp = Blue Bonnet Light Margarine/Butter6 c = Kellog's Rice Crispy Treat Cereal
Directions
Place the Marshmallows and the Margarine/Butter in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for approx. 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave. Spray spatula with non-stick spray and then use to mix the Rice Crispy Cereal into the melted Marshmallow & Margarine/Butter mixture. Spray a 13x9 pan with a non-stick spray. Make sure the Rice Crispy mixture has been mixed thoroughly, then pour into the pan.

Allow to cool approx. 30 minutes, then cut into 18 'squares'. 'Squares' will be approx. 2x3

    I actually used I can't believe... too, but I did this on the stovetop not the microwave and they came out great! My husband loves them and they're a great sweet thing that's not awful for you. - 12/22/11
