Italian Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
8 medium cubanelle /cubano peppers1 lb ground hot Italian sausages-remove casings1 cup minced onions2 minced garlic cloves1/2 Italian bread crumbs1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper6 oz part skim shredded mozzarella cheeseNapolitano Sauce2 cups marianara sauce1/2 cup fat free half and half
Directions
preheat oven to 400
place ground turkey sausage in medium bowl
add garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt/pepper
mix ingredients
clean peppers carefully remove stem from top of each
hollow out as much pulp as possible
spray roasting pan with cooking spray
arrange peppers in a single layer
bake @ 400 for 20 min turn peppers and roast another 20 mins
heat marinara sauce small saucepan do not boil
gradually add half and half
serve peppers on bed of Napolitano sauce or spoon over the top of the peppers.
