1 pkg. Pillsbury Pumpkin Quick Bread1 15 oz. can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin pan with liners, or spray with nonstick spray.
2. Combine bread mix and canned pumpkin in bowl, mix thoroughly.
3. Divide batter evenly into muffin pan.
4. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Yield: 12 muffins
