Ingredients
1 can Black beans, drained1 can Black eyed peas, drained1 can shoepeg corn, drained2 green peppers, chopped2-3 tomatoes, chopped2 bunches green onion, choppedjalepeno peppers to taste1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let sit for an hour or two in the refrigerator. Serve with Baked scoops..makes a giant bowl, about 20 1/2 cup servings. Weight watchers 1/2 -3/4 cup = 1 point,
