Tuna salad w/ poppy seed dressing

2 cans chunk light tuna2 tbls poppys seed dressing3 tbls sweet pickle relish2 hardboiled egg whites1 tbls chopped raw almonds1/8 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
Mix together and spread on bread. I added avocado slices and spinach to my sandwich.
