Eggs in Baskets

Ingredients
fresh eggs (organic if possible), pepperidge farm very thin sliced bread, light cream cheese
Directions
using a small round cookie cutter, cut circles out of the center of both slices of bread. (Be careful, since these are very thin-sliced, you don't want to break the sides). Spray a skillet with Crisco spray and heat to medium-heat, place bread in skillet and crack an egg into each hole in the bread. Fry eggs to desired doneness and flip over to toast the other side. Serve with side of cream cheese and enjoy.
