German Pork Chops with Sauerkraut

Ingredients
Boneless pork chops 1" thickClaussen sauerkraut, drained and rinsedGranny smith or other type apple, cored and choppedCaraway seedGround Cinnamon
Directions
Braise pork chops in a large skillet until cooked through and slightly browned on the outside. Add drained/rinsed sauerkraut, chopped apple, caraway seed and cinnamon. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauerkraut is soft and brown in color. Serve chop with kraut mixture on top. Best served with boiled herbed potatoes.
