Light Veggie Cream Cheese

Ingredients
3 Packages of light Cream cheese, softened4 large carrots, shredded or minced in food processor4 sticks of celery, shredded or minced in food processor10 radishes, ends removed and shredded or minced in food processorSalt to tasteNote: You can add scallions, onion, zucchini or whatever other veggies you enjoy!1. Place shredded veggies in swath of paper towels and squeeze juice out over sink. 2. Place cream cheese in large bowl, add veggies and stir until well mixed. 3. Add salt to taste if needed.Serve over toasted bagels, waffles, toast or whatever you desire to get some fresh veggies in your breakfast.
