Ingredients
1 tbsp, Canola Oil1 tsp, Crushed Garlic1/2 Cup, Shredded Gabbage (Napa or Red)1/4 Cup, Bamboo Shoots1/4 Cup, Waterchestnuts1/4 Cup, Mushrooms1/4 Cup, Shredded Carrots1/4 Cup, Sliced Onion (Red or Sweet)1/2 Cup, Red Pepper Sauce10, Raw Shrimp
Directions
Heat oil and garlic for 1 min.
Saute veggies on med/high heat for 3 minutes
Add shrimp and saute for 2-3 min. until shrimp are pink
Add sauce and saute for and additional 2 min.
Serve immediately
