Fishermen Rice

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Corn oil1.5 cups Water1.5 cups Short grain RiceDash Cumin1 tsp Salt1 large Onion
Directions
Finely chop the onion.
Put the onion in a saucepan and add the oil.
Put on medium heat and stir until the onion turns brown then add a dash of cumin.
Add the water and salt.
When the water starts boiling, add the rice and stir.
Turn the heat to low and leave covered for 20 minutes.
Serve with your choice of seafood.
Makes 4 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
