Sweet Potato and Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
Beans, black, 454 grams (1 can, rinsed and drained)Sweet potato, 1Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Chicken stock, low sodium, 3 cup (or to cover all pieces of the soup)Cumin, 2 tspgaram masala, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Ground Coriander seed, 2 tsp Paprika, 2 tspSalt, 1 dashLight Coconut Milk, 1 can
Directions
Cut up all veggies and saute in small amount of oil and all spices before adding stock. Cook until sweet potatoes are soft, approx 15-20 minutes on low, then add coconut milk. Warm until heated and serve.
