vegan grilled cheese

Ingredients
* 2 slices of Ezekial sprouted sesame seed bread. (or bread of your choice. i use Ezekial because it's higher protein) * 1 tomato, sliced * 3 slices of Vegan cheddar cheese
Directions
toast the 2 slices of bread in a toaster until very toasted.

add the cheese and sliced tomato and place the sandwich in the microwave for 30 seconds.

(the trick to melting vegan cheese is using a microwave! toasters don't work very well.)
