spicy peanut butter & tofu sandwich

* 2 slices of Ezekial sprouted sesame seed bread. (or bread of your choice. i use Ezekial because it's higher protein)* 1 serving tofu, sliced. (1 serving is about 1/5 a block)* 1 tablespoon peanut butter* 1 teaspoon Sriracha (or more to taste)
lightly toast the bread.
spread the peanut butter and sriracha onto the bread.
add the sliced tofu. (you may optionally heat the tofu in the microwave first or place the entire sandwich back into the toaster oven for 5 minutes.)

Sriracha is a spicy asian condiment. It comes in a big plastic squeeze bottle. It has a rooster on the bottle. You can find it at most large super markets in the asian section, or at asian grocery stores.
