Chili Con Turkey

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Turkey1 can(14oz) Mexican Style diced tomatoes1 can (15 oz) black beans(rinsed and drained)1 can(14 oz) whole kernel sweet corn (drained)1 package(1 1/2 oz) died chili mix1 tablespoon ground flaxseed1/4 cup water1 cup cooked rice
Directions
Brown the turkey meat and add the rest. Very simple. Serve over rice(I usually use brown.)

    Very Good! A real family favorite. I use the steam fresh brown rice and just create a small rice bed on the plate a spoon out the chili mix. I almost always forget the flaxseed.
    Its so fast and very easy to make. Mostly the cook time is for the turkey or you can use lean ground beef. - 1/18/10
