Carly's Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
3 cups whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)1/2 cup brown sugar splenda blend1/2 cup splenda1 cup watercinnamon, about 1 tsplemon juice, to taste (I used about a tablespoon)
Directions
1 - Add both splendas and water in a saucepan, along with cinnamon, and bring to a boil.

2 - Add cranberries, bring back to a boil and cook until skins pop and sauce begins to thicken, about 5-6 minutes from boiling point. Stir in lemon juice, and remove from the heat.

3 - Let cool at room temperature, then serve or store in fridge.

Makes 40 2-Tbsp. servings
