Orange and date Muffins

Ingredients
2 Oranges (with peel, but without seeds)1 cup of Orange juice1 cup of dates, pitted and chopped2 Eggs3/4 cup margarine1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour1 cup of sugar2 tsp of baking powder2 tsp of baking soda2 tsp of salt
Directions
1) Put the oranges in a food processor and chop/pulse until finely chopped

2) Add the dates, orange juice, eggs and margarine. Mix well.

3) In another bowl, mix both flours sucre, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

4) Mix the orange mix into the flour mix (but careful not to mix too much).

5) Pour into muffin cups and cook at 400F for about 17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
