Cabbage Rolls with Hot Italian Sausage (PK)

Ingredients
6 large cabbage leafs1 lb. lean ground beef1/4 lb. italian hot sausage1 medium egg1 slice Arnolds wheat bread (crumbs)1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 cups tomato sauce1/2 cup catsup
Directions
Mix ground beef, sausage, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stuffed the cabbage secure with toothpicks. Place on baking dish.
Mix sauce and catsup. Pour over the cabbage rolls. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered and bake another hour.

Serve with white or brown rice.
