Karenality's Tilapia Fillets Mexican Style

4 Tilapia fillets1 can diced tomatoes w/green chiles1 small vidalia onion, diced1 can yellow corn, drained1/2 c. mexican shredded cheese1 Tbsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. cilantro1 tsp. oreganosalt, pepper to taste1 1/2 c. long grain white rice
Place Tilapia fillets in a shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Season fish with chili powder. Open up can of tomatoes w/green chiles. Drain well and pour over fish. Open can of corn, drain well and pour over tomatoes. Dice the onion and sprinkle over corn.
Sprinkle on the oregano and the cilantro. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Last 15 minutes of cooking time, sprinkle on the cheese. Continue baking until cheese is bubbly.
Serve over bed of rice.
