Hearty Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredients
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 in cubes2 med onions, diced2 carrots, thinly sliced2 celery ribs, thinly sliced2 (14.5oz) cans low sodium fat free chicken broth1 tsp. basil1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/4 c. flour1 1/2 c. fat free half and half1 c. cheese
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook, covered on HIGH for 3 hours or until veggies are tender.

Stir together flour and half & half; stir into soup. Cover and cook 30 minutes; add cheese and heat through.
