Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ingredients
- Wash and cut top of Bell Peppers- Pre-Cook Brown Rice- Brown Bacon and Onion- You can add any spice you like, I use Garlic Powder and Dill Weed- Mix all ingredients - 3/4 of the Soup, Rice, bacon and onion together- Stuff the peppers-Place open side up on baking sheet or casserole, cover the pepper with the remaining Tomato soup -Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutesTake Note - You can cut the under belly of the green pepper to a flat bottom to help with keeping the pepper upright making sure not to make a hole at the bottom.
