Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed2 TBL balsamic vinegar2 TBL splenda1/2 tsp orange zestpinch of nutmeg
Directions
combine all ingredients in small sauce pot
slowly cook over low medium heat for about 2 or 3 minutes, just so balsamic vinegar barely reduces.

let cool before use
