Ground Pork, 250 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Thyme, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Pasta, cooked, 250 grams (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp (remove)
cook onions and when golden add ground pork together with herbs, salt and pepper. Then when pork is golden add the chopped tomatoes together with the sugar (kills the acid of the tomato). Add a cup of water and when boiling lower heat and let cook very slowly for about 20 min. Cook pasta (preferably penne) and add to the sauce when done. Sprinkle parmesan and put under grill if desired. And eat!
