Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt3 Tbs Brummel & Brown spread2 Tbs. 1% MilkGarlic powderOnion powderBlack PepperSalt
Directions
Put potato chunks in hot water and cook until soft. Drain, add remaining ingredients. Add spices to taste. Adjust consistency if necessary with either more yogurt or more milk.
